Rest Fest 2026
A community-led wellness festival rooted in the belief that real change starts with us — our neighbors, our healers, our city.
Dogwood Dell Park | Richmond, VA | May 9, 2026
Our 3rd Annual Rest Fest
Since 2024, the Rest Fest community has been growing fast. 2026 is already shaping up to be our best event ever with a new location, new vision, and (some) new vendors.
Donation Based
For the first time ever, there is no fee to attend, but we do ask for a minimum donation to cover the cost of the event, and to (hopefully) pay our volunteers a small stipend.
RVA's Own
Co-created right here in the Richmond Wellness community, with a vision to expand as far as we can. Help us manifest this movement!
Alcohol Free
From the beginning, Rest Fest has committed to being alcohol free. We believe alcohol clouds the mind and body and keeps us from connecting to our shared conciousness.

Richmond's Biggest Sound Bath
Imagine the historic Dogwood Dell amphitheater filled with hundreds of people, all toning in unison to the resonance of beautiful sound bowls, instruments, and a choir. This isn't just a performance, it's a collective frequency shift. Be a part of history...This has never been done in Richmond before.
What kind of healing could we ignite in Richmond? We want you there to find out.
Richmond's Wellness Community, Gathered in One Place
Richmond's wellness community is vibrant, but hidden in silos — lost in word-of-mouth circles or buried in Instagram feeds. Rest Fest brings Richmond's best leaders and practitioners to one central location: Dogwood Dell and the Carillon Lawn.
Fund Operations
Covering the logistics of hosting a large-scale event at Dogwood Dell — permits, equipment, setup, and coordination.
Support Our Team
A small stipend for the dedicated volunteers who give their time and energy to make this festival possible.
Raise Awareness
Creating a platform for Richmond's wellness businesses to be seen and supported by the wider community.
