This year's theme is Catharsis—
a collective release, a shared healing, a moment to let go and begin again together.
Through uplifting group classes, inspiring speakers, soulful live music, delicious food, and local vendors, we're building more than an event—we're building connection and resilience.
Because wellness isn't a luxury, it's survival.

Come find your people, find yourself, and discover what healing in community truly means.
