Rest Fest is for anyone at any point along their healing journey and looking to find their people. Addiction, sobriety, mental health, self-care. Have you just started looking into meditation? Yoga? Are you looking to deepen your breathwork practice? Have you heard of sound baths but never been to one? Are you tired of the mundane and seeking the profound?
There are so many healing practitioners and providers around Richmond, but they operate in silos: word-of-mouth, flyers, IG… it’s often too much to keep track of what’s going on around the city. Rest Fest aims to bring some of the best offerings by some of the best facilitators under one roof, for one day. Yoga instructors, breathwork facilitators, sound healers, craft vendors, local food, etc. will gather together in one place to show what Richmond can provide for restoration, community, and healing.
Rest Fest has three main pillars: Live wellness classes, private sessions (massage and reiki and the Opus Sound Bed), presentations and panel discussions with local leaders, and craft vendors selling esoteric gifts, self-care products, and more!
This is an alcohol-free event, with a focus on mindful alternatives to social drinking from local and regional vendors.Register through email and/or text to stay current on updates and ticket announcements. Tickets will go on sale March 15th.
