Tickets
How much does Rest Fest cost?
It's free to attend: reserve your spot with a free RSVP. We suggest a $22 donation if you can give; it keeps the day running and accessible to all.
Do I need a separate ticket for each class?
No. One ticket covers the whole day, and every main-stage session is included.
What's included, and what costs extra?
Included: all main-stage programming: morning yoga and movement, meditation, transformational breathwork, group toning sound bath, live music, and ecstatic dance.
Costs extra: food and beverage vendors, craft market purchases, and a few Island offerings like the sauna and cold plunge.

Is alcohol served?
No. Rest Fest has been alcohol free from the beginning.
