for Rest Fest 2026
Rest Fest grew out of something already in Richmond: a wellness community full of talented practitioners and dedicated small businesses.

As a small business, an Island is your own piece of Rest Fest: larger space, your programming, your community, your day. As an Island host you decide what happens in your space: the facilitators, the sessions, the atmosphere; all of it.
​
Island hosts can sell tickets through their own platforms. We ask for a proposed schedule in advance so all the Islands can see each other's programming and the day shapes up as something complementary, not repetitive or distracting.
​
Islands are how the festival grows with the community.

Date: Saturday, May 9th - The Dogwood Dell Amphitheater / Carillon Lawn
'Island Time' from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Planned events on the Amphitheater Stage from 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Price: $500
Includes:

Provided 20x20 tent space on the wide-open Carillon Lawn

50 feet between islands

Ability to independently hold workshops, classes, sell items and curate community

Access to shared event amenities (restrooms, event staff support, etc.)

Available between: 10am - 7pm (Festival from 10am-9pm)

Venue available at 7am

Not required to stay all day
